‎^WTT 2 Kings 17:1 בִּשְׁנַת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣ים עֶשְׂרֵ֔ה לְאָחָ֖ז מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה מָ֠לַךְ הוֹשֵׁ֙עַ בֶּן־אֵלָ֧ה בְשֹׁמְר֛וֹן עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תֵּ֥שַׁע שָׁנִֽים׃

 ² וַיַּ֥עַשׂ הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה רַ֗ק לֹ֚א כְּמַלְכֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָי֖וּ לְפָנָֽיו׃

 ³ עָלָ֣יו עָלָ֔ה שַׁלְמַנְאֶ֖סֶר מֶ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֑וּר וַֽיְהִי־ל֤וֹ הוֹשֵׁ֙עַ֙ עֶ֔בֶד וַיָּ֥שֶׁב ל֖וֹ מִנְחָֽה׃

 ⁴ וַיִּמְצָא֩ מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁ֙וּר בְּהוֹשֵׁ֜עַ קֶ֗שֶׁר אֲשֶׁ֙ר שָׁלַ֤ח מַלְאָכִים֙ אֶל־ס֣וֹא מֶֽלֶךְ־מִצְרַ֔יִם וְלֹא־הֶעֱלָ֥ה מִנְחָ֛ה לְמֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּׁ֖וּר כְּשָׁנָ֣ה בְשָׁנָ֑ה וַֽיַּעַצְרֵ֙הוּ֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֔וּר וַיַּאַסְרֵ֖הוּ בֵּ֥ית כֶּֽלֶא׃

 ⁵ וַיַּ֥עַל מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁ֖וּר בְּכָל־הָאָ֑רֶץ וַיַּ֙עַל֙ שֹׁמְר֔וֹן וַיָּ֥צַר עָלֶ֖יהָ שָׁלֹ֥שׁ שָׁנִֽים׃

 ⁶ בִּשְׁנַ֙ת הַתְּשִׁיעִ֜ית לְהוֹשֵׁ֗עַ לָכַ֤ד מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁוּר֙ אֶת־שֹׁ֣מְר֔וֹן וַיֶּ֥גֶל אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אַשּׁ֑וּרָה וַיֹּ֙שֶׁב אֹתָ֜ם בַּחְלַ֧ח וּבְחָב֛וֹר נְהַ֥ר גּוֹזָ֖ן וְעָרֵ֥י מָדָֽי׃ פ

 ⁷ וַיְהִ֗י כִּֽי־חָטְא֤וּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֔ם הַמַּעֲלֶ֤ה אֹתָם֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם מִתַּ֕חַת יַ֖ד פַּרְעֹ֣ה מֶֽלֶךְ־מִצְרָ֑יִם וַיִּֽירְא֖וּ אֱלֹהִ֥ים אֲחֵרִֽים׃

 ⁸ וַיֵּֽלְכוּ֙ בְּחֻקּ֣וֹת הַגּוֹיִ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ הוֹרִ֣ישׁ יְהוָ֔ה מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וּמַלְכֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשֽׂוּ׃

 ⁹ וַיְחַפְּא֣וּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל דְּבָרִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־כֵ֔ן עַל־יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם וַיִּבְנ֙וּ לָהֶ֤ם בָּמוֹת֙ בְּכָל־עָ֣רֵיהֶ֔ם מִמִּגְדַּ֥ל נוֹצְרִ֖ים עַד־עִ֥יר מִבְצָֽר׃

 ¹⁰ וַיַּצִּ֧בוּ לָהֶ֛ם מַצֵּב֖וֹת וַאֲשֵׁרִ֑ים עַ֚ל כָּל־גִּבְעָ֣ה גְבֹהָ֔ה וְתַ֖חַת כָּל־עֵ֥ץ רַעֲנָֽן׃

 ¹¹ וַיְקַטְּרוּ־שָׁם֙ בְּכָל־בָּמ֔וֹת כַּגּוֹיִ֕ם אֲשֶׁר־הֶגְלָ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה מִפְּנֵיהֶ֑ם וַֽיַּעֲשׂוּ֙ דְּבָרִ֣ים רָעִ֔ים לְהַכְעִ֖יס אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃

 ¹² וַיַּֽעַבְד֖וּ הַגִּלֻּלִ֑ים אֲשֶׁ֙ר אָמַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ לָהֶ֔ם לֹ֥א תַעֲשׂ֖וּ אֶת־הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃

 ¹³ וַיָּ֣עַד יְהוָ֡ה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל וּבִיהוּדָ֡ה בְּיַד֩ כָּל־(נְבִיאוֹ) [נְבִיאֵ֙י] כָל־חֹזֶ֜ה לֵאמֹ֗ר שָֻׁ֜בוּ מִדַּרְכֵיכֶ֤ם הָֽרָעִים֙ וְשִׁמְרוּ֙ מִצְוֹתַ֣י חֻקּוֹתַ֔י כְּכָ֙ל־הַתּוֹרָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר צִוִּ֖יתִי אֶת־אֲבֹֽתֵיכֶ֑ם וַֽאֲשֶׁר֙ שָׁלַ֣חְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶ֔ם בְּיַ֖ד עֲבָדַ֥י הַנְּבִיאִֽים׃

 ¹⁴ וְלֹ֖א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ וַיַּקְשׁ֤וּ אֶת־עָרְפָּם֙ כְּעֹ֣רֶף אֲבוֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ לֹ֣א הֶאֱמִ֔ינוּ בַּֽיהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃

 ¹⁵ וַיִּמְאֲס֣וּ אֶת־חֻקָּ֗יו וְאֶת־בְּרִיתוֹ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּרַ֣ת אֶת־אֲבוֹתָ֔ם וְאֵת֙ עֵֽדְוֹתָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֵעִ֖יד בָּ֑ם וַיֵּ֙לְכ֜וּ אַחֲרֵ֤י הַהֶ֙בֶל֙ וַיֶּהְבָּ֔לוּ וְאַחֲרֵ֤י הַגּוֹיִם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר סְבִֽיבֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֙ר צִוָּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֹתָ֔ם לְבִלְתִּ֖י עֲשׂ֥וֹת כָּהֶֽם׃

 ¹⁶ וַיַּעַזְב֗וּ אֶת־כָּל־מִצְוֹת֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֔ם וַיַּעֲשׂ֥וּ לָהֶ֛ם מַסֵּכָ֖ה (שְׁנֵים) [שְׁנֵ֣י] עֲגָלִ֑ים וַיַּעֲשׂ֣וּ אֲשֵׁירָ֗ה וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ֙ לְכָל־צְבָ֣א הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וַיַּעַבְד֖וּ אֶת־הַבָּֽעַל׃

 ¹⁷ וַֽ֠יַּעֲבִירוּ אֶת־בְּנֵיהֶ֤ם וְאֶת־בְּנֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ בָּאֵ֔שׁ וַיִּקְסְמ֥וּ קְסָמִ֖ים וַיְנַחֵ֑שׁוּ וַיִּֽתְמַכְּר֗וּ לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת הָרַ֛ע בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה לְהַכְעִיסֽוֹ׃

 ¹⁸ וַיִּתְאַנַּ֙ף יְהוָ֤ה מְאֹד֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיְסִרֵ֖ם מֵעַ֣ל פָּנָ֑יו לֹ֣א נִשְׁאַ֔ר רַ֛ק שֵׁ֥בֶט יְהוּדָ֖ה לְבַדּֽוֹ׃

 ¹⁹ גַּם־יְהוּדָ֕ה לֹ֣א שָׁמַ֔ר אֶת־מִצְוֹ֖ת יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם וַיֵּ֣לְכ֔וּ בְּחֻקּ֥וֹת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשֽׂוּ׃

 ²⁰ וַיִּמְאַ֙ס יְהוָ֜ה בְּכָל־זֶ֤רַע יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וַיְעַנֵּ֔ם וַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖ם בְּיַד־שֹׁסִ֑ים עַ֛ד אֲשֶׁ֥ר הִשְׁלִיכָ֖ם מִפָּנָֽיו׃

 ²¹ כִּֽי־קָרַ֣ע יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל מֵעַל֙ בֵּ֣ית דָּוִ֔ד וַיַּמְלִ֖יכוּ אֶת־יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֑ט (וַיַּדֵּא) [וַיַּדַּ֙ח] יָרָבְעָ֤ם אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ מֵאַחֲרֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וְהֶחֱטֵיאָ֖ם חֲטָאָ֥ה גְדוֹלָֽה׃

 ²² וַיֵּֽלְכוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּכָל־חַטֹּ֥אות יָרָבְעָ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה לֹא־סָ֖רוּ מִמֶּֽנָּה׃

 ²³ עַ֠ד אֲשֶׁר־הֵסִ֙יר יְהוָ֤ה אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ מֵעַ֣ל פָּנָ֔יו כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֶּ֔ר בְּיַ֖ד כָּל־עֲבָדָ֣יו הַנְּבִיאִ֑ים וַיִּ֙גֶל יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל מֵעַ֤ל אַדְמָתוֹ֙ אַשּׁ֔וּרָה עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ פ

^ESV 2 Kings 17:1 In the twelfth year of Ahaz king of Judah, Hoshea the son of Elah began to reign in Samaria over Israel, and he reigned nine years.

 ² And he did what was evil in the sight of the LORD, yet not as the kings of Israel who were before him.

 ³ Against him came up Shalmaneser king of Assyria. And Hoshea became his vassal and paid him tribute.

 ⁴ But the king of Assyria found treachery in Hoshea, for he had sent messengers to So, king of Egypt, and offered no tribute to the king of Assyria, as he had done year by year. Therefore the king of Assyria shut him up and bound him in prison.

 ⁵ Then the king of Assyria invaded all the land and came to Samaria, and for three years he besieged it.

 ⁶ In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria, and he carried the Israelites away to Assyria and placed them in Halah, and on the Habor, the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

 ⁷ And this occurred because the people of Israel had sinned against the LORD their God, who had brought them up out of the land of Egypt from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and had feared other gods

 ⁸ and walked in the customs of the nations whom the LORD drove out before the people of Israel, and in the customs that the kings of Israel had practiced.

 ⁹ And the people of Israel did secretly against the LORD their God things that were not right. They built for themselves high places in all their towns, from watchtower to fortified city.

 ¹⁰ They set up for themselves pillars and Asherim on every high hill and under every green tree,

 ¹¹ and there they made offerings on all the high places, as the nations did whom the LORD carried away before them. And they did wicked things, provoking the LORD to anger,

 ¹² and they served idols, of which the LORD had said to them, "You shall not do this."

 ¹³ Yet the LORD warned Israel and Judah by every prophet and every seer, saying, "Turn from your evil ways and keep my commandments and my statutes, in accordance with all the Law that I commanded your fathers, and that I sent to you by my servants the prophets."

 ¹⁴ But they would not listen, but were stubborn, as their fathers had been, who did not believe in the LORD their God.

 ¹⁵ They despised his statutes and his covenant that he made with their fathers and the warnings that he gave them. They went after false idols and became false, and they followed the nations that were around them, concerning whom the LORD had commanded them that they should not do like them.

 ¹⁶ And they abandoned all the commandments of the LORD their God, and made for themselves metal images of two calves; and they made an Asherah and worshiped all the host of heaven and served Baal.

 ¹⁷ And they burned their sons and their daughters as offerings and used divination and omens and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, provoking him to anger.

 ¹⁸ Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel and removed them out of his sight. None was left but the tribe of Judah only.

 ¹⁹ Judah also did not keep the commandments of the LORD their God, but walked in the customs that Israel had introduced.

 ²⁰ And the LORD rejected all the descendants of Israel and afflicted them and gave them into the hand of plunderers, until he had cast them out of his sight.

 ²¹ When he had torn Israel from the house of David, they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king. And Jeroboam drove Israel from following the LORD and made them commit great sin.

 ²² The people of Israel walked in all the sins that Jeroboam did. They did not depart from them,

 ²³ until the LORD removed Israel out of his sight, as he had spoken by all his servants the prophets. So Israel was exiled from their own land to Assyria until this day.

^KRV 2 Kings 17:1 유다 왕 아하스 십 이년에 엘라의 아들 호세아가 사마리아에서 이스라엘 왕이 되어 구년을 치리하며

 ² 여호와 보시기에 악을 행하였으나 그전 이스라엘 여러 왕들과 같이 하지는 아니하였더라

 ³ 앗수르 왕 살만에셀이 올라와서 호세아를 친고로 호세아가 신복하여 조공을 드리더니

 ⁴ 저가 애굽 왕 소에게 사자들을 보내고 해마다 하던대로 앗수르 왕에게 조공을 드리지 아니하매 앗수르 왕이 호세아의 배반함을 보고 저를 옥에 금고하여 두고

 ⁵ 올라와서 그 온 땅에 두루 다니고 사마리아로 올라와서 삼년을 에워쌌더라

 ⁶ 호세아 구년에 앗수르 왕이 사마리아를 취하고 이스라엘 사람을 사로잡아 앗수르로 끌어다가 할라와 고산 하볼 하숫가와 메대 사람의 여러 고을에 두었더라

 ⁷ 이 일은 이스라엘 자손이 자기를 애굽에서 인도하여 내사 애굽 왕 바로의 손에서 벗어나게 하신 그 하나님 여호와께 죄를 범하고 또 다른 신들을 경외하며

 ⁸ 여호와께서 이스라엘 자손 앞에서 쫓아내신 이방 사람의 규례와 이스라엘 여러 왕의 세운 율례를 행하였음이라

 ⁹ 이스라엘 자손이 가만히 불의를 행하여 그 하나님 여호와를 배역하여 모든 성읍에 망대로부터 견고한 성에 이르도록 산당을 세우고

 ¹⁰ 모든 산 위에와 모든 푸른 나무 아래에 목상과 아세라 상을 세우고

 ¹¹ 또 여호와께서 저희 앞에서 물리치신 이방 사람 같이 그곳 모든 산당에서 분향하며 또 악을 행하여 여호와를 격노케 하였으며

 ¹² 또 우상을 섬겼으니 이는 여호와께서 행치 말라 명하신 일이라

 ¹³ 여호와께서 각 선지자와 각 선견자로 이스라엘과 유다를 경계하여 이르시기를 너희는 돌이켜 너희 악한 길에서 떠나 나의 명령과 율례를 지키되 내가 너희 열조에게 명하고 또 나의 종 선지자들로 너희에게 전한 모든 율법대로 행하라 하셨으나

 ¹⁴ 저희가 듣지 아니하고 그 목을 굳게 하기를 그 하나님 여호와를 믿지 아니하던 저희 열조의 목 같이 하여

 ¹⁵ 여호와의 율례와 여호와께서 그 열조로 더불어 세우신 언약과 경계하신 말씀을 버리고 허무한 것을 좇아 허망하며 또 여호와께서 명하사 본받지 말라 하신 사면 이방 사람을 본받아

 ¹⁶ 그 하나님 여호와의 모든 명령을 버리고 자기를 위하여 두 송아지 형상을 부어 만들고 또 아세라 목상을 만들고 하늘의 일월 성신을 숭배하며 또 바알 을 섬기고

 ¹⁷ 또 자기 자녀를 불 가운데로 지나가게 하며 복술과 사술을 행하고 스스로 팔려 여호와 보시기에 악을 행하여 그 노를 격발케 하였으므로

 ¹⁸ 여호와께서 이스라엘을 심히 노하사 그 앞에서 제하시니 유다 지파 외에는 남은 자가 없으니라

 ¹⁹ 유다도 그 하나님 여호와의 명령을 지키지 아니하고 이스라엘 사람의 세운 율례를 행하였으므로

 ²⁰ 여호와께서 이스라엘의 온 족속을 버리사 괴롭게 하시며 노략군의 손에 붙이시고 심지어 그 앞에서 쫓아내시니라

 ²¹ 이스라엘을 다윗의 집에서 찢어 나누시매 저희가 느밧의 아들 여로보암으로 왕을 삼았더니 여로보암이 이스라엘을 몰아 여호와를 떠나고 큰 죄를 범하게 하매

 ²² 이스라엘 자손이 여로보암의 행한 모든 죄를 따라 행하여 떠나지 아니하므로

 ²³ 여호와께서 그 종 모든 선지자로 하신 말씀대로 심지어 이스라엘을 그 앞에서 제하신지라 이스라엘이 고향에서 앗수르에 사로잡혀 가서 오늘까지 미쳤더라

이스라엘 백성들은 하나님과 함께 할 때에 가장 행복하며, 가장 평안할 수 있습니다. 그러나 하나님을 떠나는 순간 그들은 세상의 놀림거리, 세상의 밥이 되어버렸습니다.

자신 나름대로의 생각으로 살아갈 궁리를 하지만 그들의 생각은 결국 그들을 멸망하게 할 뿐이었습니다.

하나님 백성인 우리도 하나님과 함께 할 때에 가장 행복하며, 가장 평안할 수 있습니다. 우리의 생각대로 살아간다면 결국 우리의 생각은 우리를 멸망하게 하며, 하나님은 그런 사람들 곁에 계시지 않으십니다.

하나님의 나라가 든든히 서가는 것은 내 능력이나 재물을 준비하고 모으는 것이 아니라, 하나님과 끊임 없이 교제하며 그 가운데 거하는 것입니다.
