KRV 시드기야 왕이 예루살렘에 있는 모든 백성과 언약하고 자유를 선언한 후에 여호와께로서 말씀이 예레미야에게 임하니라0% 차이
NIV The word came to Jeremiah from the LORD after King Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people in Jerusalem to proclaim freedom for the slaves.

NIV Those who have violated my covenant and have not fulfilled the terms of the covenant they made before me, I will treat like the calf they cut in two and then walked between its pieces.

위기의 순간에 하나님의 말씀에 순종함으로 그 위기를 벗어났던 시드기야가

위기가 물러간 것 처럼 보이자 다시 하나님 말씀에 불순종을 한다.


당시 순간적으로는 하나님을 이용하여 유익을 얻은 것 같았으나... 결국 하나님은 시드기야를 저주하신다,


나도 시드기야와 같은 모습이 많지 않은가... 하나님이 필요할 때는... 하나님 앞에 순종하는 척 하고... 일이 해결되면 하나님을 잊고 살아가는...


저주 받아 마땅한 나를 여전히 하나님의 사람으로 만들어가시는 하나님의 은혜에 깊이 감사하는 하루다,
